Job Description

As a Delivery Consultant, you will be part of IBM Technology Expert Labs, working closely with clients to deliver world-class solutions. Your technical expertise will be applied to ensure successful project outcomes, using consultative skills such as problem-solving, communication, and service orientation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Developing Solutions: Understand clients' challenges and develop solutions that drive true business value, working through design, development, integration, implementation, migration, and product support phases.
  • Agile Planning and Execution: Create and execute agile plans, responsible for installing and provisioning assets, testing, migrating to production, and day-two operations.
  • Self-Motivated Problem Solving: Demonstrate self-motivation, curiosity, and initiative, navigating data and people to find answers and present solutions.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Strong collaboration and communication skills, working across clients, partners, and IBM teams.
Requirements
  • Strong Technology Expertise: Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, XML, XSLT, XPath, JSON, JavaScript, and Python, as well as operating systems like Linux/RHEL, Unix, and Windows.
  • Cloud Deployments: Familiarity with cloud deployments, containerization, and DevOps practices.
  • General Consulting Skills: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and client-handling skills, with good communication skills and the ability to prepare client presentations.
