Sales Associate

Reporting to the Store Manager, the Sales Associate plays a vital role in promoting our core values. The main objective of this position is to provide exceptional service to customers and build relationships with them.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive loyalty and repeat business.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Contribute to the success of the store by performing POS transactions, merchandising tasks, and maintaining a visually appealing store environment.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company updates to provide informed recommendations to customers.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store culture.
Requirements:
  • Retail experience, preferably in apparel.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop relationships with customers and provide exceptional service.
  • Experience with retail operation concepts, including cash handling and merchandise presentation.
  • Self-starter with good judgment and excellent presentation skills in a retail environment.
  • Upbeat, optimistic, passionate, and friendly attitude.
