Primary responsibilities include:

Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
Determine size of food portions
Supervise kitchen helpers
Oversee kitchen operations
Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
Estimate food requirements and costs, and monitor and order supplies
Clean kitchen and work area and ensure sanitization
May assist with menu planning
Work in a fast-paced and occasionally stressful environment

Qualifications/Education: Professional training as a cook

Skills and experience: At least 7 years experience working as a cook in a restaurant setting

Wages (must include any incremental raises, performance pay or bonuses: $19/hour
