About the Role

We're seeking a talented Retail Success Team Member to join our team. As a key player in our Retail Success team, you'll be responsible for acquiring and onboarding new retail partners, building long-lasting relationships, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategies to acquire and retain national retail partners
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities and partnerships
  • Develop and present compelling business cases to C-Level decision makers
Requirements
  • Previous B2B sales experience with a proven track record of success
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong understanding of POS integrations and industry technology
  • Ability to effectively engage and pitch C-Level decision makers
  • Experience crafting unique commercial contracts
  • Capability to understand data and turn it into effective insights
  • Team player with strong internal abilities to work closely with differing stakeholder groups
  • World-class communication skills
  • Razor-sharp attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Post-secondary degree or equivalent experience
