Pharmacy Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacy Manager to join our team at Loblaw Companies Limited. As a Pharmacy Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of pharmacy professionals and ensuring the delivery of exceptional patient care and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and manage a team of pharmacy staff, including pharmacists, technicians, and assistants
  • Ensure the accurate and timely preparation and dispensing of medications
  • Manage inventory levels and maintain a clean and organized pharmacy environment
  • Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with patients and healthcare professionals
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and achieve business objectives
  • Monitor and analyze sales data and identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient engagement and loyalty
Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or related field
  • Registration with the Association of Canadian Pharmacists (ACP)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a retail pharmacy environment
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Knowledge of pharmacy software and technology
