We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacy Manager to join our team at Loblaw Companies Limited. As a Pharmacy Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of pharmacy professionals and ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service to our patients.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and manage a team of pharmacy staff, including pharmacists, technicians, and assistants.
- Ensure the accurate and timely dispensing of medications and other pharmacy services.
- Manage inventory levels and maintain a clean and organized pharmacy environment.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve patient complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of pharmacy services.
- Develop and implement business strategies to drive sales and growth in the pharmacy department.
- Monitor and control costs, including inventory, labor, and overhead expenses.
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or related field.
- Registration with the Association of Canadian Pharmacists (ACP) and injection certification.
- At least 3 years of experience in a retail pharmacy environment.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and coach others.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with patients, staff, and other stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Knowledge of pharmacy software and systems, including Healthwatch.
