We're seeking a talented Pharmacy Manager to join our team at Loblaw Companies Limited. As a Pharmacy Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of pharmacy professionals to provide exceptional customer service and ensure the smooth operation of our pharmacy department.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and provide guidance to pharmacy staff
- Ensure accurate and timely dispensing of medications and supplements
- Maintain adequate inventory levels and control costs
- Provide excellent customer service and counsel patients on medication use
- Develop and implement community-based marketing strategies to drive business growth
- Collaborate with the Director of Pharmacy Operations to achieve departmental goals and objectives

Requirements:

Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy, registered with the ACP, injection certification and APA required.
- 3+ years of experience in retail pharmacy environment
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to motivate and coach team members
- Excellent customer service skills and a strong sense of professionalism
- Proven ability to build business using community-based marketing strategies
- Strong problem-solving skills and experience formulating and executing action plans
