Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative at Tim Horton's. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing high-quality food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide prompt and courteous service to all customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Food and Beverage Preparation: Prepare and serve high-quality food and beverages, adhering to all recipe and presentation standards.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless service and a positive customer experience.
  • Cash Handling and Operations: Handle cash and credit transactions accurately, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Adaptability and Flexibility: Be flexible and adaptable to meet the changing needs of the business, including evening and weekend shifts.
Requirements
  • Experience: 1+ years of experience in the food and beverage industry, preferably in a customer-facing role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
