We are seeking an experienced Executive Sous Chef to join our team at Bar Darling. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and presentation of our menu items, as well as managing the kitchen staff.
Responsibilities:- Estimate and manage food and labor costs
- Supervise and train kitchen staff
- Prepare and cook complete meals and specialty foods
- Ensure high-quality food presentation and presentation
- Manage kitchen inventory and ordering
- 5+ years of experience as a Sous Chef or Executive Sous Chef
- Cook Trade Certification
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
