About the Role:

  • Build strong relationships with client families and communicate the company's pre-need funeral planning program.
  • Generate lead sources through referrals, walk-ins, and mail drops.
  • Present to community organizations and host seminars to promote the pre-need funeral program.
  • Establish and organize programs and seminars at the funeral home.
  • Ensure all contracts are accurately completed and files are maintained.
  • Participate in funeral home and cemetery staff and management meetings.
