Overnight Lead

Walmart Canada is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Lead Department Manager - Overnights. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a team of Overnight Associates in maintaining a well-presented and well-maintained store.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist in providing direction and coordination of Overnight Stocking operations, ensuring that communicated priorities are met.
- Assess the overall presentation of merchandise and appearance of the store, identifying areas for improvement and executing merchandising display changes as needed.
- Ensure that defective merchandise is properly handled and removed from the sales floor.
- Take responsibility for store safety and security in the absence of the Overnight Assistant Manager, managing accidents and incidents that occur during the overnight shift.
- Inspect assigned areas of the store to ensure adequate security and compliance with physical facilities standards.
- Participate in the training and development of Overnight Associates to achieve production results.
- Age: 18 or older
While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:
- Previous experience in a retail or customer service environment
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
