  • Accountable for headcount planning, hiring, and on-boarding for all roles within the department
  • Responsible for assisting all Supervisors with yearly goal planning, monitoring progression monthly and updating the performance management platform
  • Attending weekly Labour meetings and presenting departmental Labour action Plans
  • Accountable for yearly Sales, Labour and Operating expense budgets
  • Plan and control staffing schedules, payroll and creation of weekly schedules within the payroll budget costs
  • Address and investigate any employee issues

Quick Service Manager is responsible for overseeing a team in one of Canada's most exciting, upcoming entertainment destinations.

Key Requirements:

  • 5 years experience managing a fast-paced quick-service environment
  • Smart Serve and Food Safety Handling certification required
  • Ability to lift up to 50Lbs
  • Various shift work, including day, evening, nights, weekends, and holidays, as required
  • Sound knowledge of electronic POS, Labour and F&B Inventory
  • Experience managing a large team is required
