Responsibilities

  • Handle the export process from order receipt to delivery
  • Prepare shipping documents according to standards
  • Keep track of the parts transfer list to subcontractors
  • Keep ERP system parameters and customer files up to date

Qualifications

  • College diploma in logistics, administration or equivalent
  • 3 years' experience in a logistics job
  • Bilingualism (French and English)
  • Excellent command of Microsoft Office suite tools, including Excel (intermediate level)
  • Knowledge of SAP (asset)
  • Experience of working with an ERP/MRP system
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational skills and effective management of priorities
  • Comfortable working under pressure with tight deadlines and good stress management skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
