Responsabilidades del Programa
  • Dirigir grupos de viajeros en tours guiados a través de destinos como Canadá, Rockies y más.
  • Crear experiencias inolvidables para los viajeros, conectándolos con la cultura y la gente local.
  • Garantizar la calidad del programa y la satisfacción de los viajeros.
Requisitos del Candidato
  • 3-5 años de experiencia en guiar tours en destinos similares.
  • Pasión por la cultura, la historia y la naturaleza de los destinos.
  • Capacidad para adaptarse a cambios inesperados y tomar decisiones rápidas.
  • Excelentes habilidades de liderazgo, trabajo en equipo y comunicación.
Beneficios
  • Sueldo diario de $210 USD (con aumento del 20% después de 3 años).
  • Gratificación de $7-$10 por persona por día (promedio de 35 pasajeros).
  • Incentivo adicional del 40% del salario base al alcanzar metas de excelencia.
