  • Transportation and Accommodation Coordination: Confirm and coordinate transportation and accommodation arrangements for our clients, ensuring seamless travel experiences.
  • Recreation Activity Coordination: Plan and coordinate recreation activities, ensuring that our clients have a memorable and enjoyable experience.
  • Cultural and Historical Information: Provide in-depth information about points of interest, answer questions, and supply information to our clients, enhancing their cultural and historical understanding.
  • Itinerary Management: Resolve any itinerary-related issues or problems that may arise during the tour, ensuring that our clients' needs are met.
  • Client Support: Assist clients with check-in procedures for accommodation and/or transportation, providing a high level of customer service.
  • Communication: Utilize microphones or other communication devices to provide directions and other pertinent information to visitors, ensuring clear and effective communication.
  • Local Coordination: Coordinate activities with local tour guides or leaders of performance groups, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for our clients.
  • Cultural Insights: Provide information on tipping customs, currency exchange rates, metric conversion, and other details, enhancing our clients' cultural understanding.
  • Sales and Marketing: Sell souvenirs to our clients, promoting local products and supporting the local economy.
  • Special Needs Support: Assist clients/guests with special needs, ensuring that their requirements are met and their experience is enjoyable.
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Language: Work in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Hours of Work: Work 30 to 40 hours per week, with a flexible schedule to meet the needs of our clients.
