As the largest American direct marketer for international travel, adventure, and discovery for Americans aged 50 plus, we have served over 1 million travelers since 1958. Our mission is to deliver exceptional travel experiences that exceed our customers' expectations.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Program: In charge of the quality of the entire program and deliver an unforgettable experience to the travelers.
  • Destination Expertise: Deliver all the information about the destination/program/schedule and understand the expectations of the travelers.
  • Vendor Management: Reconfirm every service with vendors and represent Grand Circle LLC to maintain a cordial and formal relationship with our vendors.
  • Customer Service: Listen to passengers' feedback, take notes, and communicate to the Grand Circle Office.

Requirements:

  • 3 to 5 years of experience guiding tours in the Canadian Maritimes and Canadian Rockies.
  • Passion for the destinations, its people, culture, and traditions.
  • Ability to go beyond the touristy destination to connect travelers with locals.
  • Knowledge of history, everyday life, nature, and culture of the destinations.
  • Flexibility, teamwork, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to make quick decisions to address last-minute changes.

What We Offer:

  • Salary: $210 USD daily rate (with up to 20% increase after 3 years)
  • Gratuity: $7- $10 /person/day (average group size: 35 pax)
  • Incentive: Up to an additional 40% of your base salary upon achieving Excellence goals
