Cleaner - Evergreen Bend

As a Cleaner, you will play a vital role in maintaining the wellness of our tenants by ensuring clean and welcoming spaces.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining entrances and hallways
  • Monthly cleaning of appliances, walls, carpets, blinds, windows, baseboards, lighting, bathroom, and cupboards
  • Attending pre-move-out and annual inspections to provide cleaning estimates
  • Completing small repairs such as painting or changing lights as required
  • Supporting the general maintenance of the building's exterior
  • Other duties as required

Requirements for success:

  • Knowledge of various cleaning products
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to travel between sites as required
