Job Summary

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and organized Cleaning Specialist to join our team at Broadstreet Properties Ltd. in Saskatoon, SK. As a Cleaning Specialist, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our Evergreen Bend apartments, ensuring a positive and healthy living environment for our tenants.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of common areas, including entrances, hallways, and amenities
  • Perform month-end cleaning of appliances, walls, carpets, blinds, windows, baseboards, lighting, bathroom, and cupboards
  • Attend pre-move-out and annual inspections to provide cleaning estimates
  • Complete small repairs such as painting or changing lights as required
  • Support the general maintenance of the building's exterior
  • Other duties as required
Requirements
  • Knowledge of various cleaning products
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to travel between sites as required
