Warehouse Operations Specialist

Job Summary:
The Brock Group is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Specialist to join our Business Operations team. As a key member of our warehouse team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, and distribution of goods.
Key Responsibilities:
- Fall Protection Tracking: Accurately record and track fall protection units, maintaining up-to-date records in our Excel spreadsheet and SharePoint database.
- Receiving and Inventory Management: Handle the receipt of goods, ensuring all items are properly accounted for and stored. Conduct regular inventory counts to maintain accurate supply levels.
- Supply Request Fulfillment: Gather inventory and prepare items for shipping, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment of requests.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Contribute to maintaining a safe and organized work environment through regular cleaning and organization efforts.
- Forklift Operation: Operate a forklift to move, relocate, stack, and count various materials, with a valid forklift ticket an asset.
- Delivery and Pick-ups: Perform occasional driving duties for deliveries and pick-ups within the city.
- Computer Work: Utilize basic computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office applications, to support warehouse operations.
Requirements:
- Previous Warehouse Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse environment is an asset.
- Valid Driver's License: Possess a valid Class 5 driver's license with a clean driving abstract.
- Basic Computer Skills: Demonstrate basic computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Forklift Certification: Forklift certification is an asset.
