Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Health Care Aide to join our team at Pan Am Clinic. As a Health Care Aide, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their dignity and well-being are maintained at all times.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as feeding, toileting, and transferring.
  • Monitor and report any changes in resident condition or behavior to the care team.
  • Participate in resident care planning and implementation.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
Requirements
  • Grade 12 or equivalent.
  • Health Care Aide Certificate from a recognized educational institution.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
