We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our Client Service Team as a Client Services Coordinator.
- Assign client visits to nurses and home support workers using knowledge of local geography, client needs, and continuity of care.
- Process client referrals and updates, respond to phone inquiries, and perform daily scheduling changes.
- Work closely with team members and management to ensure daily staffing levels are sufficient and quality client care is met.
- Support clients, nurses, and home support workers to ensure delivery of quality care.
