**Job Summary:** We are seeking a skilled SMT Feeder/Loader to join our production team. The successful candidate will be responsible for loading and unloading feeders, assisting machine operators, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Locate and load correct stencils and components for PCB production.
  • Assist machine operators with loading and unloading feeders on and off the machine line.
  • Perform quality control checks to ensure accurate and efficient production.
  • Meet manufacturing and quality targets while maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Perform other tasks as required to support the production team.

Requirements:

  • Grade 12 graduate with a strong understanding of electronic components and manufacturing processes.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment with attention to detail and quality.
  • Previous experience working in a production environment or with similar equipment is an asset.
