- Make outbound phone calls to customers to facilitate the buying process
- Answer inbound phone calls from customers and provide exceptional customer service
- Curate our database and associated systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Communicate with our sales team and customers through various channels
- Monitor social media platforms and live online chats to ensure timely responses
Requirements:
- Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong phone skills and ability to think on your feet
- Organized and self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Reliable and able to work independently
