As a leader within our organization, you will orchestrate the planning, construction, and maintenance of our digital platform, ensuring alignment with our business objectives, user experience (UX) principles, and key industry benchmarks. Your responsibilities will extend to collaborating across departments, harnessing data-driven insights, and integrating cutting-edge technologies to enhance the website's efficacy as a conduit for deeper customer understanding and communication.

What you will be responsible for:

  • Develop comprehensive insight into company business model, initiatives, and website objectives.
  • Develop and execute strategic roadmap for organization's website(s) in alignment with overall business objectives, digital marketing, and merchandising goals.
  • Lead and mentor a cross-functional team to achieve website objectives effectively.
  • Define and prioritize website features, functionality, and enhancements based on user needs, market trends, and competitive analysis.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and ensure timely, within-budget delivery of website initiatives.
  • Oversee website design and UX, ensuring consistency, accessibility, and usability across all platforms and devices.
  • Implement SEO strategies to enhance organic search visibility and drive traffic.
  • Utilize web analytics tools to monitor and optimize website performance and user experience.
  • Conduct A/B testing and optimization strategies to improve conversion rates and lead generation.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in web development, UX/UI design, and digital marketing.
  • Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and budgets for website development and maintenance.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, including data privacy and accessibility standards.
  • Provide regular reports and strategic recommendations to senior management on website performance.
  • Drive website performance to enhance customer engagement and revenue generation.
  • Directly impact revenue growth, customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and innovation.
  • Navigate diverse challenges requiring deep understanding of web development, UX/UI design, digital marketing, and strategic planning.
  • Solve problems with a blend of established solutions and innovative approaches to adapt to the evolving digital landscape.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience and proven track record in leading website strategy initiatives and achieving measurable results is essential.
  • Strong understanding of web development technologies and methodologies.
  • Proficiency in SEO strategies and web analytics tools (e.g., GA4).
  • Proficiency in using Content Management Systems (CMS) such as, Kentico
  • Deep understanding of UX/UI principles and best practices.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills help champion our One Team culture.
  • Project management experience, including prioritization and budget management.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Vendor management and contract negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements related to web compliance and security.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification or specialized training in web development, SEO, UX/UI design, project management, or digital marketing is beneficial.
