Deputy Chief Project Officer Fraser Health is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Chief Project Officer to join our team. As a key member of the senior leadership team, you will play a critical role in leading the design, construction, and planning of the Burnaby Hospital Redevelopment Project. **About the Role** * Provide daily operations, direction, and management related to the planning, design, construction, equipment, and project support * Collaborate with the Chief Project Officer to lead the project team and ensure successful project delivery * Develop and implement strategic and tactical planning, and manage governance and performance accountabilities * Provide advice, consultation, and support to the Chief Project Officer on project-related matters * Represent the project to internal and external stakeholders, and communicate effectively with FH leadership **Responsibilities** * Advise and consult with the Chief Project Officer on strategic objectives and project implementation * Represent the Chief Project Officer and the project to internal and external stakeholders * Oversee day-to-day operational aspects of the project, including planning, design, construction, equipment, and project support * Manage project risks, issues, and compliance obligations * Develop and maintain rapport with various internal and external stakeholders * Collaborate with User Groups and other FH professionals to seek effective input into all stages of the project **Qualifications** * Master's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field * Ten (10) years' recent, related experience in a senior leadership role in a large complex health care organization * Demonstrated ability to define, plan, direct, and implement large, complex projects * Demonstrated project management experience in leading project teams and third-party participants * Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of clinical planning methodologies, capital procurement methods, and processes **About Fraser Health** Fraser Health is a leading healthcare organization in Metro Vancouver and the Fraser Valley, serving over two million people.
