À PROPOS DU POSTE:Nous recherchons un Gestionnaire de Produit Technique pour développer des produits et services innovants basés sur le web pour nos partenaires de programme de fidélité. Le Gestionnaire de Produit Technique sera un membre permanent de l'équipe de Gestion de Produit.

CE QUE VOUS FEREZ:En tant que Gestionnaire de Produit Technique, vous serez responsable de définir la stratégie produit et de collaborer avec l'ingénierie, le marketing et les ventes pour proposer des solutions de classe mondiale, de la conception à la mise à disposition auprès de vos clients. Vous agrégerez les exigences des clients, prioriserez les nouvelles fonctionnalités, élaborerez des feuilles de route produit et gérerez le cycle de vie du produit pour les mettre sur le marché.
Dans ce rôle, vous travaillerez sur notre produit phare - une solution de marque blanche qui permet aux plus grands programmes de fidélité du monde de devenir des moteurs d'engagement et de revenus pour les compagnies aériennes ou les chaînes hôtelières qu'ils représentent.
En tant que Gestionnaire de Produit Technique, vous serez responsable de :
• Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les Gestionnaires de Produit, Directeurs et VP de Produit pour évaluer en continu notre portefeuille de produits/services afin de maximiser les revenus pour nos partenaires de fidélité et pour Points en tant qu'entreprise.
• Diriger les activités de découverte de produit en travaillant avec les partenaires de programmes de fidélité, les membres du programme et les équipes internes pour innover sur le portefeuille de produits LCR.
• Gérer les listes de tâches produits, les échéanciers de projets, la portée, les jalons et la priorisation.
• Rédiger les exigences produit, les spécifications techniques, les flux de transactions, les plans de sortie et d'autres processus opérationnels pour gérer le cycle de vie du produit.
• Collaborer avec les parties prenantes pour créer des outils efficaces et des API pour nos applications internes et externes.
• Comprendre, rechercher et suivre les tendances techniques de l'industrie.
• Utiliser les pratiques de livraison de produits Agile ; travailler en étroite collaboration avec l'ingénierie logicielle pour construire, tester, diffuser et mesurer toutes les initiatives produits.
VOUS ÊTES UNE PERSONNE AVEC:
• Une expérience de 2 à 3+ ans en gestion de produit logiciel est requise.
• Une passion pour les plateformes de commerce. Une solide expérience ou une familiarité avec le développement de commerce électronique et les domaines connexes.
• Une familiarité avec les processus de réflexion en conception de systèmes et leur impact sur le développement logiciel.
• Une compréhension des cycles de vie des produits logiciels d'entreprise pour des initiatives stratégiques à long terme à plusieurs étapes.
• Une solide compréhension des microservices et du développement d'API.
• Une capacité avérée à travailler avec des équipes pluridisciplinaires comprenant l'ingénierie des données, les ventes, le marketing, la gestion d'entreprise et le service client ;
• Orienté vers les objectifs, soucieux des détails, ambitieux et forte capacité à tenir ses engagements.

ABOUT THE ROLE:We are looking for a Technical Product Manager to build innovative web-based products and services for our loyalty program partners. The Technical Product Manager will be a permanent member of the Product Management team.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:As a Technical Product Manager, you will be responsible for defining product strategy and collaborating with engineering, marketing and sales to bring world-class solutions from conception to your customer. You will aggregate customer requirements, prioritize new capabilities, build product roadmaps and manage the product life cycle and bring those product capabilities to market.
In this role, you will work on our flagship product –a white label solution that empowers the world's biggest loyalty programs to become engagement and revenue engines for the airline or hotel chains they represent. As a Technical Product Manager reporting to the Product Manager, Lead (LCR), will be responsible for:
• Working closely with the Product Managers, Directors, and VP of Product to continually evaluateour portfolio of products/services to maximize revenue for our loyalty partners and for Points as a company.
• Leading product discovery activities by working with loyalty program partners, program members and internal teams to innovate on the LCR product portfolio.
• Managing product backlogs, project timelines, scope, milestones, and prioritization.
• Writing product requirements, technical specifications, transaction flows, release plans, and other operational processes to manage the product life cycle.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to create efficient tools and APIs for our internal and external applications. ​
• Understanding, researching, and following technical trends in the industry.
• Using Agile product delivery practices; working closely with software engineering to build, test, release, and measure all product initiatives.

YOU ARE SOMEONE WITH:
• 2-3+ years Software Product Management experience is required.
• A passion for commerce platforms. Strong background or familiarity with ecommerce development and related areas.
• Familiarity with systems design thinking processes and how they impact software development.
• Understanding of enterprise software product lifecycles for multi-stage long-term strategic initiatives.
• A strong understanding of microservices and API development.
• Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams including data engineering, sales, marketing, business management and customer care;
• Goal-oriented, detail-oriented, ambitious, and strong ability to follow-through on commitments.
