The Role:
Join our team as a Technical Applications Engineer (Customer Support) and play a pivotal role in providing exceptional support to our leading industrial clients. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing technical inquiries concerning our product lines post-handover to the customer.
- Assisting customers with remote setup via email, phone, live remote plant HMI (Human-Machine-Interface) access, and other channels.
- Collaborating with engineering teams, project managers, and senior leaders to support you directly.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Serving as the first point of contact for customer technical queries.
- Providing remote technical support, employing troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve issues promptly.
- Routing the issue to the relevant engineering or project teams, obtaining a resolution, and delivering the solution to the customer.
- Engaging in collaborative problem-solving across engineering and project management divisions.
- Mastery of our product offerings to offer authoritative support and guidance to our valued clients.
- Bringing forward design feedback, driving continuous improvement, and innovation within our engineering teams.
- Writing and refining comprehensive support documentation, guidelines, and procedures.
You Will Be a Great Fit If:
- You have a Chemical or Integrated Engineering degree.
- You have 2 to 4 years of post-graduate experience, with a proven track record of technical support proficiency in a fast-paced industrial environment.
- You have hands-on experience with system diagnostics, including hydrostatic, mechanical, electrical, and process control commissioning or field work.
- You are familiar with industrial safety standards pertaining to mechanically and electrically energized systems.
- You have exceptional analytical and critical thinking abilities, with a strong orientation toward safety and risk management.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to organize, prioritize, and maintain a high quality of work and quickly learn new skills.
