Our Design Philosophy

We believe in personalizing the design experience for our clients and maintaining a hands-on approach to projects. Every project we undertake has the direct involvement of Directors and Principals, promoting mutual trust and addressing the full scope of a facility's operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • 10+ years' experience in Contract Administration, with a strong understanding of the Ontario and B.C Building Codes.
  • Proficiency in Revit, BIM 360, BIM Docs, Bluebeam, Microsoft Excel, and Word.
  • Degree or diploma from an accredited institution in Architecture.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assemble construction drawing revisions with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, with the ability to coordinate with Contractors, Consultants, Clients, and Authorities having Jurisdiction.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage time, deadlines, and deliverables, and a self-motivated individual capable of assuming increasing responsibility for both current and future projects.
