About the Role

This is a full-time permanent position based in Burnaby, British Columbia. We are in search of a dynamic individual who is passionate about organizing and coordinating events and is willing to take on tasks with enthusiasm. This role will involve providing comprehensive support to the Marketing team in event planning. The ideal candidate should be able to commute to the office at least three days per week.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the planning and execution of both internal and external events (digital or traditional), including promotion, logistics, and on-site setup and management
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with venues, vendors, and partners
  • Develop and oversee the events calendar
  • Ensure events are executed within budget and meet predetermined objectives
  • Coordinate all event logistics
  • Organize marketing materials
  • Conduct post-event evaluations and analyze ROI
  • Evaluate events based on feedback and suggest improvements
  • Perform other tasks as delegated by the Manager

Key Qualifications

  • Hold a degree in marketing, communications, or hospitality
  • Proficient in English communication
  • Demonstrate strong organizational skills
  • Have familiarity with the Dental Industry
  • Possess at least four years of marketing experience, with a minimum of two years in event marketing
  • Experience in project management
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and a strong work ethic
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, HubSpot, and Zoom
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Must be located in the Metro Vancouver Area

Work Environment
