Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Collaboration: Work with software development, UX/design, QA, and Product Management to manage multiple projects.
  • Project Oversight: Translate business requirements into technical requirements and oversee the entire project lifecycle from start to finish.
  • Resource Coordination: Manage internal and third-party resources to ensure timely delivery within scope and budget.


Essential Duties:

  • Develop project scopes and objectives considering requirements and feasibility.
  • Plan and allocate resources effectively.
  • Create detailed project plans to track progress.
  • Use verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.
  • Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
  • Report and escalate issues to management as needed.
  • Maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
  • Ensure compliance with established practices, policies, and processes.


Qualifications:

  • Solid technical background with hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience leading projects for a software/SaaS company.
  • Strong project management and leadership skills.
  • Experience with PMI methods; PMP certification preferred.
  • Proficient in risk management and mitigation.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with project management tools like Jira, Microsoft Project, and Confluence.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
  • Knowledge of cloud technologies and computer networking is a plus.
