We are searching for a Resident Experience Manager to join our Faubourg du Mascaret team based in Moncton, New Brunswick.

About the Opportunity

• Maintains quality and resident satisfaction of Faubourg du Mascaret standards;

• Consistently ensures service delivery meets established brand standards in terms of quality, safety, timeliness, and customer service.

• Establishes strong processes of utilizing formal and informal resident feedback to influence operational practices.

• Oversees the orientation of new Residents to Faubourg du Mascaret through established standards.

• Provides leadership and direction to housekeeping and hospitality services team. Accountable for management and performance of both departments.

• Manages the professional development of all Team Members within the housekeeping and hospitality services department.

• Oversees operating budget and spending processes of the food and beverage department

• Directs safety & wellness culture of housekeeping and hospitality services team.

About You

In addition to placing high value on continuous improvement, collaboration and accountability, you bring:

• A University Degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or similar education.

• Bilingual in Egnlish and French;

• 2-3 years in a management role within Hospitality or Seniors Living environment

• You are passionate about working with seniors and have experience working with the elderly in a seniors’ living or long-term care environment.

• Alzheimer’s Disease and other Dementia Care Course considered an asset.

À propos de l’opportunité

  • Maintenir la qualité et la satisfaction des personnes résidentes par rapport aux normes du Faubourg du Mascaret;
  • Veiller en permanence à ce que les services fournis respectent les normes de la marque en termes de qualité, de sécurité, de respect des délais et de service à la clientèle;
  • Mettre en place des processus solides d’utilisation de la rétroaction formelle et informelle des personnes résidentes afin d’influencer les pratiques opérationnelles;
  • Superviser l’orientation des nouvelles personnes résidentes du Faubourg du Mascaret en fonction de normes établies;
  • Assurer l’encadrement et la direction de l’équipe chargée de l’entretien ménager et des services d’accueil; Être responsable de la gestion et de la performance des deux services;
  • Gérer le perfectionnement professionnel de tous les membres de l’équipe au sein des services d’entretien ménager et d’accueil;
  • Superviser le budget de fonctionnement et les procédures de dépenses du service des aliments et des boissons;
  • Diriger la culture de la sécurité et du bien-être de l’équipe de l’entretien ménager et des services d’accueil.

À propos de vous

En plus d’accorder une grande importance à l’amélioration continue, à la collaboration et à la responsabilisation, vous apportez ce qui suit :

  • Vous êtes titulaire d’un diplôme universitaire ou d’une expérience équivalente en gestion d’entreprise, en gestion hôtelière ou dans une formation similaire.
  • Vous avez 2 à 3 ans d’expérience dans une fonction d’encadrement dans le secteur de l’hôtellerie ou des résidences pour personnes âgées.
  • Le travail avec les personnes âgées vous passionne et vous avez de l’expérience dans ce domaine dans un centre d’hébergement pour personnes âgées ou un centre de soins de longue durée.
  • Un cours sur la maladie d’Alzheimer et les soins aux personnes atteintes de démence est considéré comme un atout.
