RESPONSIBILITIES
Business Development
- Develop and implement sales strategies designed to recruit qualified and motivated Chair (Executive Coach) and Member candidates
- Lead the development for a newly established business area dedicated to securing sponsorships and forging strategic partnerships for major events
- Analyze existing tactics and refine as necessary to adjust for market intelligence and business requirements
- Prepare annual plans including budgets, KPIs/targets, and tactics that will sustain growth for TEC
- Refine and implement department tools, resources, and procedures including a sales playbook, scripting and communication cadences
- Gain a thorough understanding of sales targets to ensure alignment with overall business goals
People Management
- Set targets, performance plans, and KPIs for our Chair and member recruiters
- Monitor sales activity to maximize results and develop plans to address performance gaps where necessary
- Coach your team through regular one-on-one meetings, and impromptu support on sales calls to help improve performance
- Plan and lead sales team meetings that motivate, inform, and hone the skills of your team
- Recruit, build, onboard, train and nurture a high performing team
- Be a champion of TEC culture and values
General
- As a key part of the company’s management team you will collaborate with other departments to ensure the company remains on track to its annual objectives
- Partner with Finance to ensure that compensation structure continues to be competitive and motivational while maintaining the financial targets of the business
- Work closely with the President to align recruitment strategies with corporate direction
- Garner and maintain a deep understanding of TEC’s business, its market, and its differentiators to competitors

QUALIFICATIONS
- 10+ years of relevant work experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a similar relevant field
- Sales and/or recruitment management background with demonstrated success
- Experience in managing sales targets, overseeing sales budgets, and conducting forecasting
- Competence in analyzing market trends, sales metrics, and competitor activities
- Proven experience delivering results and motivating a team to overachieve
- Familiarity with sales technology and CRM systems
