What You Will Be Doing

As a key member of the Loan Administration team, the Associate Director is responsible for various functions and duties related to servicing and administering KV Capital’s commercial mortgage loan portfolio.

  • Review and entry of loan transactions in servicing software
  • Supervise the maintenance of accurate loan records and investor portfolio balances
  • Coordinate and facilitate post-closing activities such as renewals, amendments, discharges, and account administration
  • Oversee the processing of mortgage payment collections and remitting of payments to investors
  • Monitor and report on the mortgage loan portfolio, assisting in the resolution of basic borrower default events
  • Supervise collection, entry, and reconciliation of financial and property data for loan reviews
  • Administer construction advances, mortgage underwriting, and annual operating statement analysis
  • Ensure compliance with policies, legal, ethical, privacy, and regulatory requirements
  • Participate in or lead projects to improve processes, efficiencies, internal controls, and reporting needs
Who You Are
  • Degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; CPA, CFA, or equivalent designation preferred
  • Experience in mortgage funding, loan servicing, or financial operations would be an asset
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to think critically about process improvements and risk mitigation
