What You’ll Do:

Deliver Excellence in Professional Services:

  • Lead High-Impact Projects: Oversee the delivery of multiple professional services projects, ensuring all initiatives are executed on time, within scope, and to the highest standards.
  • Drive Client Success: Conduct strategic consultations, facilitate high-level presentations, and manage service delivery engagements to ensure maximum client satisfaction and value.
  • Optimize Solutions: Develop and implement customized solutions by leveraging project management & client management skillsets.

Build Strategic Relationships:

  • Cultivate Partnerships: Develop and maintain trusted partnerships with senior executives and decision-makers in client organizations.
  • Serve as a Trusted Advisor: Provide strategic insights and recommendations to help clients maximize the value of myHealthHub and Professional Services.
  • Collaborate for Success: Work with internal teams, including Sales, Data, Product, Engineering and Marketing, to strengthen HealthHub's market positioning.

Drive Business Development:

  • Identify Opportunities: Target and engage potential clients, expanding HealthHub’s footprint in the healthcare sector.
  • Strategize and Execute: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and implement lead generation and conversion strategies.
  • Showcase Our Value: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations.

Customize Solutions:

  • Understand Client Needs: Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify client needs, challenges, and objectives.
  • Tailor Proposals: Design custom service offerings that align with client-specific goals and deliver measurable results.
  • Highlight Our Value Proposition: Articulate the benefits, ROI, and competitive advantages of HealthHub’s solutions.

Innovate and Improve Services:

  • Continuously Evolve Offerings: Stay abreast of industry trends and client feedback to identify new service opportunities and areas for improvement.
  • Contribute to Service Development: Provide insights to enhance HealthHub’s service offerings based on client feedback and market needs.

What We’re Looking For:

Required Experience:

  • 3-5 years in Healthcare Consulting or Professional Services: Proven track record of delivering complex projects and driving client engagement in the healthcare sector.
  • Healthcare Industry Expertise: In-depth knowledge of healthcare trends, regulations, and market dynamics.
  • Leadership and Strategic Thinking: Experience in leading and managing projects with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Core Skills:

  • Exceptional Communication: Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Project Management Excellence: Expertise in managing complex, cross-functional projects.
  • Business Acumen: Ability to translate client needs into tailored service offerings that drive growth.

Education:

  • Master’s Degree Preferred: In Business, Healthcare Administration, Health Informatics, or related field; Bachelor's degree required.

Additional Qualifications:

  • Bilingual (French-English): Highly preferred.
  • Technical Proficiency: Experience with CRM tools, project management software, and data analytics platforms.
