In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting our local team while also contributing to the overall success of our National Research team.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING :

  1. Collect and audit real estate and economic data, including data on properties, leases, tenants, availabilities, developments, sales, and owners.
  2. Follow established processes to ensure data excellence within our database, and regularly audit and refine datasets.
  3. Analyze market data to identify trends and understand economic and real estate market drivers.
  4. Present market insights and conditions as needed to internal teams and clients.
  5. Create compelling visualizations and provide meaningful insights on local market data, trends, and drivers.
  6. Develop strong relationships with internal and external clients and facilitate the use of our technology tools.
  7. Demonstrate our tools and research capabilities to internal teams and clients.
  8. Develop and share best practice standards.

WHAT YOU BRING :
  1. Relevant bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
  2. Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.
  3. Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and Word and database systems.
  4. Exposure or familiarity with visualization tools preferred.
  5. Strong organizational, data collection, validation, and auditing skills.
  6. Motivated and self-starting with a desire to succeed and contribute to the success of a team.
  7. Analytical skills, problem-solving ability, and written and oral communication skills.
  8. Passion for economic and real estate market drivers and/or urban planning and development.
