Job Description:
Under the supervision of the Human Resources Manager, the Human Resources Advisor will be responsible for the day-to-day activities of our dynamic HR team. He/she will have the opportunity to support and advise all internal clients on labour relations, staff development, talent management, and change management.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the daily activities of the HR team in charge of various HS aspects (labour relationships, recruitment, training, management of OHS and disability files).
- Act as a resource person for employees on HR issues.
- Advise and assist managers in the management of discipline and performance (investigation, disciplinary meetings, drafting of disciplinary measures, performance evaluations, recovery plans).
- Play a key role in the application of the Dayforce Ceridian HR system.
- Participate in the improvement of HR processes and various HR development projects.
- Work closely with management to improve working relationships and strengthen the culture.
- Carry out all other tasks of a similar or general nature related to human resources.
Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
- Relevant degrees related to Human Resources management, industrial relations, or any other relevant disciplines.
- Relevant experience in personnel management and at least 5-7 years in an HR advisory role.
- Good at managing multiple priorities in a changing and expanding environment.
- Ability to build strong relationships with internal/external customers.
- Be discreet, diplomatic, have good judgment, and be able to represent the employer well.
- Master the French language and English (communication and uniformization of practices with CMP-NY).
