Interested in becoming a US RN in Carlsbad, New Mexico? We are hiring for multiple positions including Kidney Dialysis in their newly built ward.

A nice smaller hospital - 90 beds with renovations and a great team with a positive work environment looking to invest in new nurses.

Specialties needed: Medical Surgical, L/D, ER, ICU, and Med Surgical. A 6-to-14-week orientation will be provided.

  • We are offering a $20,000 USD retention bonus (every 3 months you will receive an additional check for $2,500).
  • $5,000 for relocation reimbursement.
  • Hourly rates of $28 to $38 USD per hour.
  • There is no cap on pay rates and every summer we do performance/payroll reviews.
  • Upon renewal, we will offer sponsorship for EB-3 green card.
  • Discounted housing.

We have 40 other Canadian and Filipino nurses going here too.

Only requirements are to have Canadian citizenship and your NCLEX.

Possibly your IELTS or PTE if your education was in a non-English speaking country.

We are offering 2-year work authorizations on a TN with options to renew into an EB-3 green card.

Position Requirements:

  • Must have current Registered Nurse Licensure.
  • Successfully passed the National Council Licensure Exam-RN (NCLEX-RN).
  • Must obtain ACLS & American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) within 6 months of hire.
