We have a client in Toronto who is looking to hire a Senior SAP HCM Analyst to join their team. They require a local resource who can work a hybrid schedule, so MUST be based in the Greater Toronto area.
Role:We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sr. HCM & Payroll Functional Analyst to work closely with the business process leads and end users to understand project and enhancement requirements. You will work with other functional team members, as well as with the development team in the design, build, and implementation of functionality to satisfy business requirements.
Qualifications:- 5 to 10 years’ experience with configuration in HCM & Payroll functional area.
- Demonstrates an understanding of Canadian payroll tax rules and regulations to ensure accurate payroll processing.
- Hands-on experience in SAP Payroll, Time Management, Benefits, and interface building experiences, preferably with at least 2 end-to-end implementation and support projects.
- Configure and customize PCRs within the SAP system to meet specific Canadian payroll requirements, such as deductions, taxes, and benefits calculations.
- University Degree in Computer Science or related area from an accredited institution.
- Ability to perform in a high-demanding environment, where managing multiple priorities, resolving issues promptly, and meeting challenging timelines in a fast-paced work setting are essential aspects of the role.
- Local to the GTA and able to work a few days a week onsite.
