Som Customer Support Specialist hos Driversnote vil du bruge din tid på at interagere direkte med vores kunder, for at give dem en effektiv, nem og personlig oplevelse. Du vil have kontakt med alle typer af vores brugere og kunder, fra nye brugere til nuværende kunder og potentielle større teams og dele deres behov med vores produktteam.
Vi forestiller os at du:- Har 12 - 24 måneders erfaring indenfor support.
- Har stærke kommunikationsevner på Engelsk (både mundtligt og skriftligt).
- Kan snakke og skrive dansk på et professionelt niveau.
- Eventuelt har sprogkundskaber indenfor svensk, finsk eller hollandsk. Det er en bonus
- Elsker at yde fantastisk teknisk kundesupport på chat, e-mail og telefon og har gode kommunikationsevner i at gøre det.
- Har en grundlæggende forståelse og erfaring med softwarefejlfinding: evnen til at undersøge problemer med apps.
- Er proaktiv og hopper gerne i den dybe ende og er ikke bange for at hoppe på et telefonopkald eller give en videodemo til store potentielle B2B-kunder.
- Har øje for tendenser og strømlining - ivrig efter at automatisere, hvor det er muligt.
- Giv en førsteklasses supportoplevelse via e-mail og telefon til kunders tekniske forespørgsler, generelle forespørgsler og B2B-produktforespørgsler.
- Fejlfind baseret kundernes spørgsmål og driv undersøgelsen af problemet helt til mållinjen.
- Video-demoer og video-onboarding til vores større B2B-kunder.
- Samarbejd med vores produktteam om fejlrapporteringer og videresendelse af feedback fra kunder.
- Lær Driversnote-produktet grundigt og støt vores kunder i at få mest muligt ud af alt, hvad vi tilbyder.
