Relevant du Vice-Président des Ressources Humaines, le/la Généraliste RH soutiendra les équipes de la région du Québec en matière de relations avec les employés, de développement et de mise en œuvre de politiques et programmes RH, ainsi que de conseils tout au long du cycle de vie de l'emploi.
Il s'agit d'un poste hybride, nécessitant de travailler depuis leur bureau de Montréal un minimum de 3 jours par semaine.

Responsabilités:
- Fournir un soutien RH complet aux employés de la région du Québec, couvrant des domaines tels que la gestion de la performance, la reconnaissance des employés, la planification de la succession et les relations avec les employés, tout en répondant rapidement aux demandes, enquêtes et préoccupations avec une approche axée sur les solutions.
- Gérer le programme de congés et d'invalidité, y compris la coordination avec les prestataires d'avantages sociaux et les employés, l'élaboration de plans d'accommodement et le développement des processus de retour au travail.
- Offrir des conseils sur l'interprétation et l'application des politiques RH et des lois du travail pertinentes.

- Effectuer des visites régulières sur les sites et bureaux dans la région du Québec.
- Gérer les dossiers RH et préparer des lettres, rapports, présentations et mémos selon les besoins.

Qualifications:
- Bilingue (anglais et français) requis.
- Diplôme postsecondaire en gestion des ressources humaines ou une combinaison équivalente de formation et d'expérience.
- Au moins 3 ans d'expérience dans un rôle de Généraliste RH.

Our client, a leader in the real estate industry, is looking for a bilingual Human Resources Generalist in Montreal. Reporting to the Vice President of Human Resources, the HR Generalist will support teams in the Quebec region with employee relations, development and implementation of HR policies and programs, as well as providing guidance throughout the employment life cycle.
This is a hybrid position, requiring at least 3 days per week at their Montreal office.

Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive HR support to employees in the Quebec region, covering areas such as performance management, employee recognition, succession planning, and employee relations, while responding promptly to inquiries, investigations, and concerns with a solution-oriented approach.
- Manage the leave and disability program, including coordination with benefits providers and employees, developing accommodation plans, and creating return-to-work processes.
- Offer guidance on interpreting and applying HR policies and relevant labor laws.
- Update and maintain the HRIS (Dayforce), including handling promotions, transfers, probation evaluations, new hires, resignations/terminations, and conducting exit interviews.
- Coordinate and manage employee engagement initiatives, such as surveys, and develop action plans based on employee feedback.
- Conduct regular visits to sites and offices in the Quebec region.
- Manage HR files and prepare letters, reports, presentations, and memos as needed.
- Oversee the HR inbox, responding to employee inquiries and providing HR support.
- Support recruitment efforts in Quebec, including posting job ads, screening applications, participating in interview panels, conducting reference and background checks, and drafting offer letters.
- Supervise the onboarding program and support recruitment teams throughout the process.
- Draft and update HR policies as directed.
- Perform other HR-related tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bilingual (English and French) required.
- Post-secondary diploma in Human Resources Management or an equivalent combination of education and experience. At least 3 years of experience in an HR Generalist role.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with HRIS (Dayforce preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and exceptional time management.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities in a dynamic environment.
- High level of integrity and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
