The Role

As the People and Culture Manager, you play a vital role in shaping an inclusive, dynamic, and growth-oriented workplace. Your focus will be on driving employee engagement, professional development, and fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration across all departments. You will lead the HR team, including the HR Generalist, Trainer, and Recruitment and Settlement Coordinator, to implement innovative people strategies and initiatives that align with our core values and business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in HR management and culture development.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labour laws, and employee engagement strategies.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement effective people programs.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and build positive relationships across all levels of the organization.
