We are looking for motivated individuals to contribute to the Forest Products Operations Group as a Yard Operations Lead Hand , for our yard chipping operations for St. George Woodlands.

Qualifications:

  • Previous supervisory experience is required
  • Strong organizational, problem solving, and time management skills
  • A degree from a recognized post-secondary institution would be considered an asset

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meeting quality, safety, and environmental standards
  • Meeting daily and weekly production requirements
  • Daily management of a group of employees
  • Identifying opportunities for productivity improvement
  • Scheduling maintenance when required
