Position Overview: Digital Operations and Client Success Specialist - This role represents an opportunity to play a pivotal part in the growth of our company and the success of our clients by ensuring the seamless execution of our services, aligning project workflows with client needs and supporting business growth through intelligent customer engagement. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands the intricacies of multi-faceted digital marketing services, and is eager to contribute to process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Digital Marketing Expertise
  • Leverage their digital marketing experience to understand client needs and support implementing DCM's services.
  • Utilize business insights to engage with and optimize the use of our Project Management Software for project, task, and proposal management.
  • Relate to and address the unique challenges digital marketing agencies face, contributing strategic input and improvements to existing processes.
  • Cultivate a customer satisfaction-first mindset, ensuring all actions and decisions align with delivering exceptional service.
  1. Project Management
  • Master and adhere to DCM's policies, processes, and task management protocols for delivering services, using the project management system.
  • Collaborate with the production team to ensure a high-level understanding of the DCM technology stack and workflows.
  • Shadow and review customer projects to build a foundational knowledge base for effective project coordination and oversight.
  1. Administrative Support
  • Support day-to-day administrative operations, recognizing and addressing integration gaps between technologies.
  • Contribute to vendor management by streamlining ad hoc project content creation and fulfillment processes.
  1. Business Development & Client Success Initiatives
  • Monitor client services, ensuring timely delivery of reports and coordination of client meetings according to the agreed schedules.
  • Translate marketing results into relatable, actionable insights that clients can understand and use for their business growth.
  • Coordinate with Management to schedule customer meetings and proactively canvas clients for repeat or ad hoc projects such as video production, display ads, and other marketing initiatives.

About You:

  • You have an undergraduate degree or college diploma in marketing or communications.
  • You have a minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a project management or operational role. Agency experience is an asset.
  • You are an expert in Excel/Google Sheets & Google Workspace and project management systems.
  • You’re an above-average communicator with the ability to translate and articulate complex strategies.
  • You’re equal parts competitive and curious, a problem solver by nature.
  • You’re extremely well organized and can prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • You're quality-obsessed and know that small details matter.
