Job Title: Marketing Specialist
Quest Automotive Leasing Services Ltd. is a looking for a passionate and creative Marketing Specialist to join our team and help elevate our brand presence through innovative marketing strategies.
Position Overview:
As a Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for managing our social media accounts, developing marketing materials, overseeing our CRM initiatives, and representing the company at trade shows. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical thinking, as well as strong communication and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Management:
- Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
- Create, curate, and schedule compelling content that resonates with our target audience.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Marketing Materials:
- Design and produce engaging marketing materials, including brochures, monthly e-newsletters, presentations, and digital content.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency in all communications.
CRM Management:
- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of our CRM system, ensuring accurate data management and customer segmentation.
- Develop and send out various correspondence to our clients and prospects as applicable.
- Analyze customer data to identify trends and develop targeted marketing campaigns.
Trade Show Attendance:
- Coordinate and attend trade shows and industry events, managing logistics, booth setup, and promotional materials.
- Network with industry professionals and potential clients to promote our products/services.
Qualifications:
- Degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience in marketing, with a focus on social media and content creation.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and analytics tools.
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho ) is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent organizational skills.
- Please note this is an in-office role with the expectation of attending trade shows and golf tournaments in the GTA as needed.
