Work hours: Mon-Fri (between 9am and 5pm) Hybrid work
Compensations: $48K – 60K or $24-30/hr. (DOE)

Main Job duties:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns to promote the products and services
- Conduct market research to identify target audiences and evaluate market trends
- Improve funnel building - Lead Magnet, lead funnel, etc.
- Create engaging content for various marketing channels, including social media, email campaign, blog, and website

SEO&SEM
- Manage Google my Business, Google ads, Facebook ads, Shopify page
- Effective backlinking
- Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns to drive traffic and generate leads
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools to measure effectiveness and make data-driven decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and alignment with business goals
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing
- Other duties as required

Minimum experience:
- Exceptional communication skills in English
- Solid knowledge of SEO/SEM
- Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns
- Basic understanding of Shopify and web design
- Basic knowledge of ChatGPT for blogging purposes
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms and best practices
- Experience in conducting market research and analyzing data to inform marketing strategies
- Knowledge of advertising principles and techniques across various channels (print, digital, social media)
- Post-secondary education in a related field preferred
