Responsibilities:
  1. Customer Service Excellence: Ensure that all guests receive outstanding service by maintaining high standards of customer service and addressing any issues promptly and effectively.
  2. Sales and Revenue: Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and maximize revenue opportunities in both the restaurant and banquet areas.
  3. Operational Efficiency: Manage daily operations to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness, including inventory control, budgeting, and cost management.
  4. Staff Scheduling: Schedule staff according to business volumes to ensure optimal coverage and service levels.

Qualifications:
  1. Proven experience in restaurant and banquet management or a similar role.

  5. Knowledge of budgeting, cost control, and inventory management.
