  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in QA test environment management.
  • Extensive experience in the financial services industry, with a preference for investment management or wealth management.
  • Strong understanding of software testing lifecycle and QA methodologies.
  • Proven experience with environment provisioning and configuration management tools.
  • Familiarity with virtualization and containerization technologies (VMware, Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Knowledge of database management and data masking techniques.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab, or CircleCI.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of IT service management frameworks (ITIL).
  • Familiarity with security and compliance requirements in the financial services industry.
  • Experience with automation tools and scripting languages (Python, Shell scripting).
