The ideal candidate will have worked in a busy environment and worn several hats, someone that will something needs to be done and will do it.


● Serve as the primary point of contact for inquiries clients and customers with respect to: quotes, orders, invoicing, returns, shipments, reports and billing.

● Respond and manage all incoming/outgoing customer phone calls, emails in a professional, timely manner.

● Build and maintain client loyalty by providing prompt, friendly service.

● Ensure delivery of excellent customer service by providing timely, accurate and detailed processing of quotes, orders, and all other client inquiries.

● Communicate and coordinate in a positive manner with team members and other departments to address client issues and resolve problems expeditiously and report resolution back to client.

● Provide customers with technical advice and solutions based upon product offerings.

● Maintain and improve quality results by following standards, recommending improved policies and procedures.

● Manage and organize detailed client and customer data by updating account information.

● Prepare and distribute monthly sales reports to appropriate parties.

● Support management in a variety of administrative projects and tasks as needed.

● Special projects including but not limited to: marketing mailings, customer surveys, trade show assistance and follow-up. Proactively contribute ideas on ways to improve or optimize customer service and sales support procedures..

● Obtain shipping quotes from transportation companies as needed

● Perform other duties and responsibilities as required.



Requirements

- Must have excellent communication skills in English.

- Must have a university degree in technology or commerce.

- Must have worked with QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel.

- Must have strong problem solving skills.

- Must have excellent interpersonal skills.

- Must be able to multi task and make decisions.

- Must have worked in a B2B environment.

- Spanish, German and/or French language is an asset.
