Minimum Qualifications

  • 3-5+ years of experience managing Google Ads campaigns, particularly for e-commerce brands or Shopify merchants.
  • Proven expertise in Paid Social Advertising, with experience managing Meta Ads campaigns.
  • Strong strategic thinking and the ability to craft ROI-driven advertising plans tailored to client goals.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present insights and strategies to clients clearly and persuasively.
  • Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable being on camera for client calls and internal meetings.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a digital agency environment supporting small to medium-sized businesses (SMBs); familiarity with enterprise clients is a bonus.
  • Hands-on experience with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms and their unique advertising needs.
  • Advanced understanding of marketing funnels, conversion optimization, and campaign scalability strategies.
  • Proficiency with data analysis tools and tracking platforms like Google Analytics.
  • Relevant certifications in Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Display) and Meta Ads.


About the Role

As a Senior Paid Media Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing comprehensive paid advertising strategies for our e-commerce clients. Your primary focus will be on Google Ads and Paid Social campaigns, with a strategic approach to driving conversions, increasing ROI, and achieving measurable client growth.


Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy Development: Design and implement high-performance paid advertising strategies across Google Ads and Meta Ads tailored to the unique needs of e-commerce businesses.
  • Campaign Execution & Optimization: Launch, monitor, and optimize campaigns across search, display, shopping, and paid social platforms to maximize performance.
  • Client Partnership: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and understanding their goals, challenges, and KPIs.
  • Performance Analysis: Deliver detailed reports with actionable insights, helping clients understand campaign performance and areas of opportunity.
  • Collaboration: Partner with internal creative, design, and content teams to ensure ad creative aligns with campaign goals and client brand identity.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay informed about the latest trends in paid media, e-commerce, and platform updates to continually refine client strategies.
