The incumbent will be responsible for accounts payable for the entire company. He will report to the Director of Finance for Canada and will have to interact regularly with management and the entire team.

We are looking for a clerk responsible for the following tasks:

  • Collect from customers;
  • Establish customer credit;
  • Participate in the preparation of monthly financial statements;
  • Collaborate in reporting for the US head office;
  • Prepare the year-end file for external auditors;
  • Prepare various dashboards and financial analyses to support management in its business decision-making;
  • Manage cash flows in a multi-currency context;
  • Collaborate with the purchasing department for inventory management;
  • Supervise the application of the customer credit policy and collaborate with management and its team;
  • Preparation of commercial invoices.

Our ideal candidate is :

  • Bilingual
  • Masters Office 365, more specifically Excel
  • Is comfortable in a multi-currency environment
  • Knows applicable sales taxes
  • Has good priority management
  • Likes to work under pressure and meets deadlines
  • Has a concern for continuous improvement and the development of new work tools
